I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated with a stunning 280-degree view of the ocean and beachfront. The service was top-notch, ensuring every detail was taken care of, although a bit too attentive during meals. The location was excellent, allowing me to walk everywhere easily. The dining experience was a mix of superb service at breakfast but slightly disappointing food quality at the outdoor restaurant. The facilities were superb overall.

Staying in a refurbished bedroom with a view of the Atlantic was a beautiful and comfortable experience at this living landmark palace. The small gestures like hotel crested gifts, welcome fruits, and complimentary chilled champagne added to the feeling of privilege during our stay. However, the room on the 4th floor had a small window, which was a minor downside.

The hotel left me mesmerized with its breathtaking ocean view from the top of the serpentine staircase, promising luxurious treatment that fell short. The spacious and elegantly furnished room filled me with hope but ended in disappointment.

My stay at the hotel was truly incredible! The rooms were spacious with a splendid view and beautifully designed across beautiful runners over hard wood floors, making for a lovely atmosphere. However, the darkness of the room was a bit unappealing at times. The service was exceptional, starting from an average dining experience but quickly turning into a memorable and accommodating stay with personal touches like preparing a special meal upon request. The location couldn't have been better, situated on the panoramic seafront of Biarritz with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, within walking distance of the town and luxury stores. The dining experience was out of this world, with homemade jams being a delightful surprise. Facilities were top-notch as well, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
